Registration is free of charge to all NHIVNA members and online registration for this study day will be open shortly. In the meantime, if you would like to register for the study day please utilise the hard copy registration form, available via the above link. Please print and complete the registration form and return it to the Conference Organisers as soon as possible.
If you are not yet a NHIVNA member, and would like to attend the study day, please visit www.nhivna.org and download a NHIVNA membership form. Please complete this form along with your Study Day registration form and return both together to the Conference Organisers.
